This once decrepit Victorian mansion is undergoing a massive restoration. Designed by noted architect Nicholas Clayton, this Galveston historical treasure is slowly being brought back to life.

Fall Garden Tour
Saturday, October 18th

We're pleased to be partnering once again with the East End Historic District Association for their Fran Kelly Fall Garden Tour.

The courtyard of the historic Lucas Apartments will be part of the Garden Tour, benefitting the EEHDA. While there, you can purchase a separate ticket to tour inside the apartments and one of the Carriage Houses. Proceeds from the interior tour will go directly to the Restoration of the League-Kempner House.
